Heartfelt congratulations to all concerned on the publication of the fourth

edition of the e-Patrika of the Postal Training Centre, Vadodara. The e-Patrika
continues to be a valuable platform for showcasing the Centre’s academic

initiatives, institutional achievements, and collective efforts.

During the quarter, the Centre successfully organized several significant

programmes and events, including Rashtriya Karmayogi - Master Trainers’
Training–2, RKY End Participants’ Training–01, and Training on Detection of

Forged Postage Stamps. The period was further distinguished by the visit of the

Hon’ble Minister of Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, during the 17
Rozgar Mela - an occasion that served as a source of pride and motivation for

officers, staff, and trainees alike.

I place on record my sincere appreciation for the dedicated efforts of the

Deputy Director, faculty members, editorial team, contributors, trainees, and staff
in bringing out this edition of the e-Patrika. Their commitment, teamwork, and

professionalism have been instrumental in ensuring its continued success.

I am confident that this edition will prove to be both informative and
inspiring for its readers and will further motivate us to pursue excellence in all
