A Demo “Dak Chaupal” was organized by
Inspector Posts trainees at PTC Vadodara on 01.12.2025
A Demo Dak Chaupal was organized at Postal Training Centre, Vadodara on 01
December 2025 with the objective of promoting postal services and strengthening customer
connect at the grassroots level. The initiative demonstrated how Dak Chaupal serves as an
outreach platform to interact with local citizens, address their service-related queries, and
create awareness about key postal products and schemes. Trainees observed the engagement
process and learned practical approaches for community-based service delivery. The program
highlighted the importance of field interaction and responsive service in enhancing public
trust in India Post.
PTC staff and faculty including Dy. Director, AD (Admin) & AD (Trg) also attended
the event, and the auditorium was houseful, reflecting the excitement and interest among all
participants. The event provided a wonderful learning experience in a lively and practical
format
