Hands-on Simulation Session for Postal Assistant Trainees

A Simulation by Postal Assistant Trainees was conducted as part of the
training programme to provide hands-on practical exposure. Through role-

based scenarios, the trainees demonstrated postal counter operations, customer
handling, and procedural compliance. Faculty members observed the exercise

and provided constructive feedback to help trainees identify areas of
