Heartfelt congratulations to all on the publication of the fourth edition

of the e-Patrika of the Postal Training Centre, Vadodara. The e-Patrika has
become an effective medium to reflect the Centre’s academic initiatives,

innovations, and collective efforts.

During this quarter, several important programmes were successfully

conducted, including, for the first time, Marketing Module Training for PS

Group ‘B’ officers of Gujarat Circle, expanding the scope of training beyond
the IP/ASP cadre. In addition, a Dak Chaupal demonstration was organized by

the trainees of the IP Induction batch, and a Cyber Security Awareness
Workshop was conducted which significantly contributed to capacity building,

practical exposure, and awareness among IP Induction trainees.

I sincerely appreciate the dedicated efforts of the faculty members,

editorial team, contributors, trainees, and staff in bringing out this edition.
Their commitment and teamwork are truly commendable.

I am confident that this e-Patrika will be informative and inspiring for
all, and I look forward to receiving your valuable feedback for further

improvement.
