Session on Gender Sensitization and POSH



                   A session on Gender Sensitization and POSH was conducted on 27.02.2026 at
         PTC Vadodara during the PA Induction Training Course. The session was delivered
         by Shri D. B. Vasdani, Dy. Director, PTC Vadodara. It focused on promoting gender
         equality,  respectful  workplace  conduct  and  awareness  of  POSH  provisions  to
         ensure  a  safe  and  inclusive  work  environment.The  interactive  discussion  helped
         trainees  gain  clarity  on  preventive  measures  and  redressal  mechanisms,
         contributing to their professional and ethical development.
