The publication of the third edition of the e-Patrika of the Postal Training Centre,
Vadodara, is a matter of great pride and joy for all of us. Over time, this e-Patrika has
evolved into a vibrant medium for showcasing our Centre’s achievements, initiatives,

and continuous efforts.

During this quarter, two significant events marked important milestones for our

Centre—the inauguration of high-mast lighting at Morbaugh Cricket Ground and the
successful rollout of “APT 2.0” at PTC Vadodara. These developments clearly reflect
the Centre’s progressive outlook and forward-thinking approach. While the first
strengthened our physical infrastructure, the second underscored our commitment
to leveraging technology to enhance the quality and efficiency of training.

On this occasion of achievement, I extend my sincere thanks to the Deputy Director,
editorial team, authors, trainees, and all faculty members and staff of the Centre.

Your cooperation, dedication, and teamwork have played a pivotal role in the
continued success of this e-Patrika and in making it a well-received publication
among readers.

I am confident that this edition will not only inform readers about the Centre’s

activities but will also inspire them and offer new insights. I hope you all enjoy
reading this e-Patrika as much as we have enjoyed preparing it.

Heartfelt congratulations to everyone on the successful publication of this third
