Hands-on Simulation Session for Postal Assistant Trainees

A Hands-on Simulation Session was organized for the Postal Assistant

(PA) Trainees at PTC Vadodara to provide practical exposure to real-time
postal operations and customer service scenarios. The session enabled

trainees to apply the knowledge gained during classroom training in a
simulated work environment.

Through role plays and operational exercises, the trainees practiced
various postal transactions, customer interactions and office procedures. The

activity helped them develop confidence, improve problem-solving skills
and gain a better understanding of day-to-day responsibilities in a post
office.

The simulation session proved to be an effective learning experience,
bridging the gap between theory and practice while preparing the trainees

for their future assignments in the Department of Posts.
