the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Visakhapatnam, from 21.07.2025 to
25.07.2025, and the Human Resource Management (HRM) for Line Managers
program at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad, from
22.09.2025 to 26.09.2025, provided a valuable combination of strategic and
managerial insights.

initiatives, emphasizing innovation, leadership, data-driven governance, and
sustainable implementation of technology in public services. It offered a clear
perspective on aligning digital transformation with organizational objectives for
